This module is designed to introduce you to the standard Know Your Customer (KYC) and screening requirements commonly encountered in the workplace. While it provides a solid foundation for understanding and applying these principles, it's important to note that each institution may have its own specific procedures and documentation standards — some more stringent, others more flexible.
As such, when you begin working in a particular organisation, you should always familiarise yourself with that institution’s specific CDD policies and compliance framework. Nevertheless, the knowledge and practical skills gained from this module will equip you to confidently apply CDD processes across a wide range of financial and regulated environments.
